Excellent rail trail pub with good value quality accommodation and meals. Rooms are well appointed with lots of historic touches and information throughout the hotel. Bicycle storage area in the historic buildings out the back. Nice beer garden.

Had a meal here on Wednesday night after a day riding in the rain, hail and wind on the Central Otago Rail Trail. The staff were fabulous and the supper was one of the culinary highlights of the trip. They were only too happy to accommodate Gluten Free eating requirements which was a bonus. You could tell a lot of effort was made to make sure we had a great experience and we did. Thanks guys!
