One of the best seafood market in Auckland. Amazing selection, always fresh. Outstanding fish and chips as well as freshly prepared sashimi and sushi. Highly recommended.

Wonderful selection of fish and an excellent fish and chip section too. Friendly helpful staff. Take the little kids or grandchildren so that they can look at the amazing types of fish ready to buy. Not just fillets. Choose your complete fish and they will fillet it for you at no extra cost, you can either take the offcuts too for fish soup or they will dispose of them

Had over cooked fish( dry),battered oysters(dark brown around the edges dry again), rubbery squid for me and a hot dog (dry again)for my boy plus chips which was OK. Also had dozen half shelled oysters which was packed today not even fresh got home and saw to my disappointment. Cost enough too but to far to drive back from Takanini for a refund and love my seafood and service wasn't the best. Won't be going there again. Oceanz in the city AWESOME!!

Best fish n chips in town!
Recommend the grilled fish if you're on a low carb diet. Must try their lemon & herb chips. The prawn kebabs are such good value.response / report this review -

Not happy at all my partner brought some frozen crabs which were $22 he cooked them and tried one and it tasted like amonia that tells me use r selling crabs that are no good to anyone. DATE: 08/03/17
