  It is only when things go wrong, can a place and people really redeem themselves. Oakwoods failed with no heart, no common sense, shutting communication. Their “business” deals foremost with people and families, if management can’t get that right, imagine the flow on effect to nurses and care givers, to our dear, precious and vulnerable residents. I feel sick.

  Couldn't 'not-recommend' this place further unfortunately.
  
  It is very apparent that this is strictly business to a specific & unfortunately relevant staff member here, (A).
  
  Absolutely disgusted in your morals.
  
  Do not confuse this feedback as an accusation against the general nurses etc as this is not the case, majority are fabulous. It is regarding one specific person that really unfortunately matters in this situation, has some weight to pull & is in a position he shouldn't be & is not suited for.
  
  I would be highly unimpressed if this was who was representing my business, especially in the care industry.

  Oakwoods is a great place with great staff . I would put my family there without any worries.
