Knowledgeable and friendly staff although when the youngster's ask after your day, either have the courtesy to engage with the reply, or a simple hello would serfice

Busy renovating. Don't know where items are. Good prices. Friendly staff. Especially the young fella helping with the trollies. Very friendly. Good impression even before entering the store.

This place is 80 percent through a major facelift. Pine that has been superbly managed and orchestrated. A better more enjoyable shopping experience is emerging.

I love what they have done to New World. Very upmarket and modern looking and their prices are still reasonable. Don't forget to pick up a club card when you visit NW again.

Store has been totally refurbishef. Light & spacious with all new shelving and refrigeration and well staffed. Very pleasant experience.

Still very confusing but with work still going on can't expect much. I love the way the fruit is displayed. It's a shame the wheelchair parks aren't closer tho. My Nana had to walk a bit as there wasn't any closer to the door available.

Got the bakery to bake a round clash of clans chocolate mud cake. It was define. So good. Worth $60. Cheapest in town. Would buy more. Best cake ever. Gotta try their cakes.

My favourite Rotorua supermarket. Great staff. Good range. Always tidy. Not massive so it's easy to get around.

It's good, parking is a little scarce at the moment due to construction. Make sure you check out their fried chicken!

It's a supermarket, they have food and you can find it. The beer selection isn't quite what I hoped, but I can't really blame them - I'm a spoilt Aucklander.
