This place is cool, loved going here for somewhere quiet, look at war books, and some quiet time. Lovely place too and just outside is the beach.

You can get MetroCard here. Just take 5 minutes and saves you lots of money and time.
The location shown is the temporary place. The pictures are from the old building at the pier. This old building is closed due to earthquake damages and repairs. 12/2016
