Very helpful information centre for tourists. Also it has the best ocean view of Napier Marine Parade.

Lots of helpful information about things to do in Napier. Was taken aback to see I had to pay to use the bathroom.

The workers is soo much friendly, like all the kiwi people and always ready for suggest you the best. Inside you can also buy some souvenirs and there is a lot of brochure of all the things that you can do in hawkes-bay. Just outside there is the public toilet and a small bike station if you need to fix something in your bike. Spot for tap water too

A bit small and congested when there's a cruise ship in port, but great at other times. Wondering why the Council didn't take the chance to move it elsewhere, such as in their carpark behind Te Pania Hotel
