My first time to Naenae dental clinic a few weeks ago. I have been appointment to Dr Yvonne and her 2 assistants Olga and Tanziba. Together they delivered outstanding work on 2 of my teeth. Lovely and professional service. 10/10.
Also great value for money.
I am booked in for a checkup and a clean with a hygienist in the near future.

I found the staff very heart warming and helpful. Every time I have attended the wait time has been very short. The work that I have received so far has been money while spent.

I went to the Naenae Dental Clinic in January and my daughter went in March 2020. The clinic does not have professional staff, they have very bad attitudes and do not care about their reputation and their patients. My daughter after the treatment with Dr.Ahmad Al-Hassini has a huge problem with her teeth got deformation and leaning teeth and strong pain because the job has been done very quickly and very very badly. Myself I had a pain and Dr.Ahmad did not see the inflammation on one tooth, now I have inflammation that gone to the bone and need to do 3 root canals and my face is very swollen and I am taking antibiotics and right side in huge pain. When we send an email to the clinic and Dr.Ahmad asking them to contact us then we got a call and attacked by the Manager Ritika who raised her voice and attacked my daughter who is still crying and shaking because at this stage we need around 10K to fix my and my daughter's teeth.
I will definitely will not recommend the clinic to anyone and I do hope that before people will go to the clinic will read the reviews, because I have noticed that the clinic does not care to fix problems only cares to get money out of people and especially pushing to do the hygienists even if person does not want and after that they do not care and do not want even talk.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Ashish and never felt so at ease having dental work done. Professional, kind, informative and great service. Best dentist ever! Highly recommended.

Had an appointment with Ahmed recently and found the experience amazing. I cannot praise Ahmed and his Assistant enough as they made me feel so comfortable from start to finish and their was no pain at all from having a wisdom tooth extracted. Having an X-ray and seeing my teeth was cool but yet disgusting /embarrassing to see how damaged they were ( I would never have seen this a few years back on the old way X-rays were done)
You feel like a person and not treated as just another booking. They follow up with you the next day to check how you are doing, what more can I say.
Naenae dental is the best dentist I’ve ever been too and will continue to go there. Their receptionists are also very caring, friendly and supportive from the time you book the appointment to the time you leave.
Naenae team, you are just awesome, thank you once again for such a fantastic experience.response / report this review -

First visit here today after being recommended by an acquaintance. I'm a serious coward when it comes to dentists but was put at ease immediately and despite having to have a tooth extracted it was (for a dentist visit) a pleasant experience. I was advised throughout what was happening and talked through my future requirements. I'm also impressed that they can give you a precise price for each treatment - it means I can proceed with my treatments at a pace to suit my pocket. Thank you!!!

Emergency root canal, best experience ever at Naenae Dental! Wonderful sincerely caring staff, both reception and dental team. Relaxed atomsphere, was kept well informed through all stages, no pain and a follow up call the next day to see I'm ok is amazing service! Thank you!

I have been going to Naenae Dental Clinic for the past 2 years and they have been exceptional. The receptionists are very friendly and the dentists are amazing. Very professional team and always had my best interests at heart.

As much as I hate going to the dentist, I thoroughly enjoyed my appointments with these doctors. All the doctors and staff were extremely professional and very warm from the moment I walked into their clinic. I'm very happy to finally have a dentist who dont rush me through appointments and take their time to look after me. 5/5
