  Horrible lost my $800 parcel sent from overseas with tracking. Have cctv showing parcel was not delivered and i was waiting for them with the door open following tracking, contacted them as soon as tracking showed delivered but no one came. Told me they would get back to me but they never did, call many times and was ignored. NZP NEEDS TO BE SUED. CLEARLY NZP ARE THIEVES, TAKE OUR MONEY TAKE OUR PARCEL AND NOT DELIVERED NZP NEEDS TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

  They have had my parcel for 8 days and still haven't redelivered it to the new address. Very useless
  
  Update. Still no parcel 12 days later and after they promised to deliver it the next day. Unbelievably useless f wits

  Had my parcel since yesterday afternoon and no progress for almost the last 23 hours from NZP. Called three times, first time, said parcel will be delivered today, second time, something wrong with the label reprint but had no clue as to what the delay was and the last call was with someone who said they will need to lodge an inquiry. Asked if there was anyway that I could pick up from their Highbrook depot as the parcel is sitting there but was told no, that I have to wait for the inquiry to lodged. Inquiry to be lodged with the NZ and International team.....
  
  I had a parcel that came together but from different countries. Both went through customs clearance and I received the other parcel early today. And that one was only released from Customs at 3:49am this morning.
  
  Sending stuff domestically, have had no trouble but receiving international goods through NZP is a nightmare.

  very bad service, was sending a parcel from welly and turns out they've recieved it at 08:56am at this depot but said they won't be able to deliver it til the next day. I asked whether the reciever can just come get it from the depot but they say won't be able to do that as its not a collecting area 👿

  Parcel picked up and received 6 January. Like a pingpong ball it bounces back and forth between east tamaki and highbrook depot. Called them and assured last thurs(19 January) that it will arrive next day morning. Still waiting. Very bad service really!

  I am trying to track my parcels and i ringvthe number on this site ehich is a cell phone
  
  And the indian guyvon the other side said it was not nz post number
  
  Need to be updated or a vidit to this office in person
