Usually good service, sometimes drop the ball completely on finishing the job. Make sure the boss (Marty) double-checks work is done properly before taking vehicle away.

Out of the garage today. The welcome from Jude is perfect, she answered all my questions and explained me how the things were going.
I'm traveling in a Van who's actually my house and Marti and his crew made it safer than it was. He explained me also the troubles and showed it to me, perfect.
I come from France and from my experience today, there is not much mechanic place in France who are on the same level as NRG is.

I would recommend without any doubt.

These guys are awesome, Southern hospitality really shines through with this business, onto it technicians, and absolutely amazing service, if any of our fleet are in need of a mechanic in Invercargill NRG will always be my first phone call. Cant say enough good things about my experience with them. Top marks NRG, thanks for helping me out even though you were snowed under.

From the moment I called Jude the receptionist at NRG Auto Service Centre I knew I was in good hands. She let me know a vehicle wouldn't be too far away. Chris the helpful mechanic arrived moments later, assessed the issue, offered great solid advice and resolved the problem no fuss !
Couldn't have been more pleasant or helpfull to deal with turning a stressful situation into a positive outcome, all at a competitive price. Thanks again guys :)

We fix our car 15 days ago, they told us we come back in 15 days to do the Wof, and they told us that the car only need fix something and the charge was 40 dollars. When we went to do the Wof and the want to charge 700 dollars to have our Wof. We went another shop and the only charge 70 dollars for our Wof.
