@Jessica Ji . To remove them you need to do this on IRD website. Log into your ird account and you will see and option to remove agent.
I got rid of these buggers 1 week after I joined. This year I get a call from the muppets wanting me to update my details. I told them I said I rang up and quit 1 week after I applied online. I kicked up such a fuss, they finally removed me. I rang inland revenue . I had removed them in 2009. It was done via phone call from myself. Really mad these buggers deliberately tried to get my details illegally. Not impressed.response / report this review -

They stole our money! We tried to remove our account but there was no where on the website to do that. They charged us so much, because we gave them our account number at the beginning. We sent emails and messages and couldn't do anything about it. Don't apply!

Complete scam, refund amount changed multiple times, would have gotten a correct refund via IRD. D o your taxes yourself or go elsewhere.

Easy tax refunds service. Great to get Flybuys on top of the extra pocket money, and the fee is reasonable!
