Steve at Modo listens to what I want, interprets it to perfection, makes helpful suggestions and consistently gives me a stunningly cut bob. I believe Steve is the only stylist in Hamilton whose skills are up to making something of my super-straight hair. And the elegance goes beyond the superb styling - a calm and pleasant salon where all the staff provide a warm and courteous welcome and are attentive to just the right degree. Added bonus is the interesting chat that goes with the cut :-).

It was my first visit to Modo today and it won't be my last. The fabulous Nicky, who I have been lucky enough to have cut my hair before, worked her magic, did a thorough consult and spent the time needed to get a great result. I am more than happy! The salon itself is lovely and a warm welcoming environment with loads of free parking right outside. If you're looking for a great cut from a team of professionals, you've found your salon.

I have been like a gypsy with my hairdressers in the past, always moving on as no one gets my hair and never really built a relationship with anyone enough to encourage me to return. Came to Modo nearly a year ago before my wedding and have never gone anywhere else since. The whole salon has a great vibe, love their products and coffee! (and up to date mags to read even!) Mel in particular is great with my temperamentally thin hair and she is super fussy which I appreciate. Definitely recommend Modo, and Mel. Thanks team :)

Great recommendations for hair upkeep, styles that would suit and for colour. I always walk away super happy with how my hair looks and feels. The stylists are always friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this salon (especially my stylist, Mel) to anyone.
