Overal besteht value for money home improvement wäre house, still surprising that some things that are millionseller gadgets Like RC light switches are not Stockes plus prices for some Million produced run if the Müll items Like Bidets. $200 in Japan, $ 1000 in NZ, something strange is going on between import and Retail in NZ

Some stuff is really good but some things are totally over priced, got it way cheaper from the plumbing place. Staff in the kitchen section is really great but some other staff is unfriendly and they don't have a clue. Went there at 6pm (they closed at 7pm) and there was nobody around to help me, finally found someone who was on the forklift and he did not hide that he was totally annoyed to serve a customer 1 hour before he goes home, since he was already packing everything in. If they open late then they should still supply the service, otherwise close earlier.
Also bought a hedge cutter and after 1min it was bent when cutting a hedge. Took it back and was told that it is only meant for small twigs! Hey its a hedge cutter and that is what I cut, the thing cost over 50 bucks so I expected it to last a bit longer than 1 min. The service guy was annoyed and finally swapped it for a better one and I paid the difference, but what an attitude! I still go there because there is not much else in Nelson, the other place is even worse. But when I have time I go to Bunnings, they are usually friendlier.response / report this review -

Who would have thought you could expect such fantastic service from a Mitre10. Its hardly 'boutique' and yet you are treated like you are the most important customer they have.
I have never had anything less than 10/10 experience there. The staff are all passionate about what they do and they love their jobs, that is evident. You can't have such good service from people who don't care.
