Super friendly and helpful staff. Handy location, close to bus stops, restaurants and a super market.

Right by a local market that runs every Saturday.

We stayed there for a friend's wedding and it was a perfect spot.

Stayed over Labour weekend in a private, fully self contained cottage. The cottage was really clean,cosy and homely, the bed linen was very good quality and impeccably clean, the covered deck provided great indoor/outdoor flow and the vista of the gardens though every window was lovely. The location of the motel is ideal with shops and a supermarket a 5 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly, helpful and did everything they possibly could to make our stay relaxing and stress free. I would have no hesitation booking another stay!

A great location in the centre of paradise, very reasonable pricing and excellent service. The new Countdown and shops make it very handy along with the Saturday market right across the road..

Simple, and attention to detail with tidiness. Great location. Small screen TV, but you're not there for tv. very reasonable pricing.

Stayed here with friends in the weekend-total disappointment. Hygiene atrocities aside (saw a cockroach?) the service was shocking. I've stayed in many accommodation places around the world and very rarely has any place left me with such a bad taste in my mouth. Owners need hospitality training pronto.
Facilities were very basic and the sound insulation was nonexistent.
Avoid. There are plenty of other decent places around Waiheke, just don't bother with this one -_-.

Considering it's price and location, we thought this was excellent. Travelling to Waiheke with small children, it was a relief to stay at very clean, tidy and safe lodgings. Our one suggestions would be to furnish the kitchenettes with a coffee plunger..that's as bad as it got. It was great!
