Very dissapointed with the lack of communication. We booked Menzies over 3 weeks ago, job sheet was created. I had requested them to connect a gas oven and fit a new kitchen tap. They were booked for Tuesday but never showed up. I rang them, office staff took a message to pass onto the plumber. Wednesday passed without a show or phone call. Rang again. Office staff again took a message. Thursday and Friday passed still no show or phone call. I rang again late Friday afternoon and was put on hold and put through to another number. I waited 8 minutes to speak to someone but instead the ring tone cut in and out with the radio as I was kept on hold. Menzies shame on you for not following up. I understand that gas fitters and plumbers are busy but no communication is unacceptable. UP DATE still no show or contact 3 weeks after booked date. Shame shame shame. Temuka Plumbing to the rescue excellent service.
