  Stoped for brekkie. Coffee is to hot, to big and to watery. When ordering from mccafe and main store prepare to run around after them collecting your order.

  Went through the drive thru on our way home in Raetihi and received the best service from tonight's team 30th August 2017 @ 8.15pm ordered the catch of the day 2 $1 hot chocolates and every thing was fresh and hot.... The team on were friendly and efficient thank you so much ☺ highly recommended to all and the manager on staffs was David??

  Decently clean but car park can be a little hectic. Computer ordering system. Quite packed on a Friday night. Nothing really else out of the ordinary to comment on

  I mean it's alright. It has a play area and is a safe place to eat after travelling down Hamilton or from Waitomo. It's relatively clean. I just don't like how small the toilets are. In the men's toilets at least, there's only one urinal and toilet. It would be nice if there were at least three urinals and two toilets.

  Usually rather clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. If it's super busy and you're not desperate for food, try elsewhere. Feels like the staff struggle with the pressure of meal time rush. You will be served in a timely manner just all smiles and care disappears around this time.

  The service I recieved was out standing, the food was awesome and the people so friendly. I will recommend this Restaurant to all my mate's and Family. Thank you Otorohanga McDonalds.
