We went through the drive thru. ordered two large combos a kids meal. The two large fantas were flat. The chips werent fresh and they gave us the wrong burger. Conveniently they didnt gove us pur receipt. McDonalds is quite expensive as a take out now and next time i want taheouts i will go to Bobbys fish and chips or kfc. I have never had a bad meal from these places.

Update - The thrill is gone. Poor burger, messed up order, just overall bad. 3 out of the 4 burgers were made wrong. Meat was old and not off the grill. Sad.
Update - The create your own burger is still the best. Hot, tasty and all my favorite stuff inside. The double is a bit much to get through. One small thing, no spinach, only lettuce.

The wife and I had our first create your own burger today. We used the nifty order board to build our own burger so no pressure. We sat down and they brought everything out to us. WOW! What a friggin burger! I had a double Angus and the condiments were great. Juicy, hot, fresh, and very yummy. Won't order another way again!response / report this review -

It's McDonalds the service it good the restaurant is clean. The food is well presented burgers are well put together. I do have 1 thing the chips seem on the low side they could fill the carton. Other than that there great

The burger was disgusting, consisting of a few lettuce shreds, dry bun similar to being stale, dry and tasteless patties. Overall a horrible eat out experience. Will never recommend you to anyone. I give one star due to your assistants courteous disposition, failing that you would've got nothing. Shame on you McDonalds.

Fast Food - SLOW AS FOOD it seems at 11th Ave Tauranga.
Normally love McD's. Ordered food at 10:25am after seeing only 3 people served at the counter I got my money back after waiting for 10 minutes and them admitting it going to be a looong wait. A friend ordered same time as me waited 25min and still didn't get is meal SO BAD!!!!response / report this review -

This is a substantially large McDonald's. There's nothing overly special or out of the norm about it. It's the place to go for a standard McDonald's experience. The staff are friendly. The place lost two stars for being somewhat unclean but that might be unique to the day we visited.
