Service was so slow food was cold counter staff to slow kitchen was slow & disorganized new staff weren't sure what to do.so disappointed.

Wasn't too bad,briefly stopped in on our way to rotorua..Used the drive thru,service was slower then most.chips were cold and soggy,asked for no pickle on the cheese burger and still got pickle on the burger.asked for no ice,soo got a shallow cup of soda..Burgers taste like cardboard,but that's mainly Cozz every other burger fast-food outlet tastes a million times better.

On spending almost $30.00 for tea, we were disappointed with our meal. We had to tell them our chips were cold,we had them replaced. Then my great grand daughter had been given the wrong burger so we then went and told the girl, showed the checkout ticket and we then received the one we paid for.

I love McDonald and this one is good place too. Easily accessible as located on the roundabout, and probably the biggest on in the town. McCafe is available too. Warm and welcoming staff.

Lovely girls working in the Mc Cafe.They had such a warm attitude & smiles. New girl who's training at the mo made me a beautiful hazelnut latte,did a great job! Sorry I forget your name.The other one very very friendly.Awesome girls!! Keep up the fantastic work :)
