Very good overall. Reasonable price for level of quality. Location is good if you have a car or are happy to use busses. Clean, though the room I stayed in had a hint of a funny smell that I cannot tell what it was. Rooms are not isolated so you could hear the people next door very easily as if you were in one house but different rooms.

Have stayed here several times on recent years and always enjoy it as it's central and handy

Nice but not serviced. Reasonably quiet rooms, but you need to supply your own coffee and toilet paper.
