I booked a comprehensive car service and they checked the car very carefully, and then talked with me about the problems and solutions - very friendly and professionally. The charge was also fair. After car service, I also did a WOF. I definitely will recommend to our friends.

Very disappointed.
Overall I'm very disappointed. $1500 and 1 week spent, I feel like I've been taken advantage of. I had to bring back the vehicle several times for things they didn't fix, and also new problems that they caused. I spent my savings on my dream vehicle, now after getting work done here I do not feel safe in this vehicle anymore and can not trust any work done. I do not want to drive my car anymore because now it feels unsafe. Extremely annoyed!response / report this review -

This is a bad business. I booked an appointment for 12 and showed up a little early. The mechanic was running behind and told me to come back at 1. Okay, I'll wait an hour and then come back. I went to the library for an hour and went back at about 12:55. When I got back, he told me he had booked another job, a 'big' job, and that he couldn't do my service today. I had planned my day around getting this done and it wasted both my time and money. If he didn't want want to do the service, he should've told me a week ago when I booked it over the phone.
