This is not a review on product this is a review on personality, which is important, especially if you want a smooth stress-free transaction. I have no idea what MagRoc's products are like because I didn't even get that far! I called up this morning to ask a few questions and possibly get a quote on their SIP's panels and received the rudest and most unwelcoming response on the phone. Maybe the guy on the other end was just having a bad day! I don't know, he was so pompous and made it clear he didn't want my business, which was new to me, people I normally encounter are so nice, and if they can't help they're not rude about it! Either way, a little bit of decency goes a long way. We are planning on building our house with SIP's and because of my initial experience with this company, I definitely won't be giving them any of our money or time. Unfortunate really.
