On holiday in Rotorua when a tooth needed reattaching. Kirsty and team were prompt, efficient, capable and fixed my problem in no time.

I came in for a general clean with Gaynor, the hygienist, and she was friendly, efficient, informative and gentle (she apologised in case she caused discomfort even though I barely felt anything - a far cry from the unpleasantly rough treatment I've experienced at other dental practices). I was very satisfied with the service I received at Lumino and would not hesitate to recommend them. Very reasonably priced as well.

Every time I visit, there is a friendly face to welcome me. The whole experience of "going to the dentist" is just great. I no longer stress when I have to go for a visit (I once fell asleep during a root canal I was so relaxed!) They are professional, understanding and nothing is a problem. The late night Thursday option is also good. Although not the cheapest in town, the service is well worth the extra. I have, and will continue to recommend you highly. Top job guys!!
