  Booked 4 weeks in advance for a consultation - was called a week before the appointment to tell me that they cannot help me and recommended another clinic, different branch - no offer to help me to rebook or ask that clinic to give me a call for a follow up. Disappointed in the lack of customer service.

  5 out of 5 service. Yes Lumino New Lynn is a member of the Lumino group, but it's always the people who look after you not the brand. Right? Haris & his team are professional, friendly & will put anyone at ease in their dental chair. Try it, you'll all agree with me, promise.

  Amazing service from the Team at Lumino New Lynn! The team is always so lovely and Chrystal goes above and beyond always with a smile. Chrystal is always so professional and yet so friendly. We love to chat to Chrystal and appreciate how she manages to find the right time for an appointment for my daughter and I. Thank you 😊

  Highly recommended to all. The best dental clinic out West, awesome service and professional at what they do. Always nice to have a chat with Chrystal (front desk) to Dr Haris doing what he does best. Totally worth it.

  Ertan and the team are amazing! After putting off dealing with my dental issues for the better part of a decade, fast forward a couple of months from the initial consultation and my teeth have never looked or felt better. They have been super professional, friendly and have done an an absolutely incredible job. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

  I had a very positive experience at Lumino New Lynn. The facilities are very comfortable and the hygienist I saw was totally professional and friendly. I am delighted with the results and would recommend Lumino to anyone looking for dental care.

  I went to Lumino to get a second opinion for a possible root canal. And it was a good decision to choose Lumino, Dr. Haris confirmed that my tooth can still be fixed/revived with conservative method and not root canal. He even gave me options and suggested which he thinks would suit the state of my tooth. He gave me detailed explanation on my treatment plan, how’s and why’s were discussed clearly which is something I didn’t get with my previous dentist. I’m happy I found Lumino and confident that they will take care of me and my teeth :) Thanks Lumino and Dr. Haris.

  I am the type of person that is absolutely terrified of going to the dentists, however, yesterday changed my perspective. My dentist not only made me feel safe during my appointment, but also made sure that throughout the entire experience I was comfortable and well looked after. Thank you Ertan and the team at Luminos! Would 100% recommend their services.

  What a great team! I don't imagine anyone likes having to go to the dentist but the team at Lumino New Lynn make it as stress free as possible - I actually almost fell asleep whilst in the chair!!

  Dr. Harris is very good in giving options and going through each option that can work best for his patient both financially and long-term impact to dental health.

  OMG . I am the biggest coward when it comes to dentists. The rank fear factor is that equivalent to serial killers and giant mutant spiders. I freeze in fear when at the dentist, pretty extreme and almost pass out.
  
  Except, when I went there, no pain at all. The worse thing that happened to me was a really itchy nose. They use a dental vibe which vibrates your gums causing your nose to itch then they use the injection that works really fast.
  
  Seriously, I had a hard time staying awake. In there for almost 2 hours. So relaxed watching tv, dozed off several times while my teeth were being grounded, and had deep root canals. No. Not afraid to go to the dentist anymore. Dr Ertan was fantastic. Thank you.Highly recommend this company to anyone.
  
  Don't be afraid, there is no pain, I promise. Just a itchy nose, so you may want to bring a peg. Dental vibe takes your mind off the injection when its going in and causes you to focus your senses on your nose. lol. NO PAIN
