  Staff members are all extremely rude, try and recommend the most expensive products in the store, always come across angry and unhappy when serving you at the front counter.

  Love going to this store, staff are always so friendly and helpful. A great place to get gifts for friends and family, I usually come away with something for myself too! I'll be popping in again this week for another birthday gift.

  Terrible service today for the second time in a row but with a different staff member. After recently arriving from Auckland and frequenting my local Life Pharmacy where every staff member was an absolute gem, I feel disappointed and belittled. The lady today with longer hair and glasses was very off hand re my enquiry about a Revlon foundation. Told me it wasn't for mature skin but looked great on younger skin. When I asked what she would recommend for me then, she simply wandered off to reapply her own lipstick. No service and no sale! Will I be back? Not sure to be honest!!!

  I had the best experience in this Pharmacy,
  I was helped by a lady by the name of Amy. I believe she is the manager there. She helped me with my daughter who is a bit poorly, I couldn't have asked for a nicer, caring person to help me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
  
  I would recommend everybody to go to this pharmacy.

  Found customer service very poor. Had my very bad experience with care manager on 24.06.2020 at around 3:10pm. Rude and very forceful. People have different Preferences as to how light or dark they want in their foundation colours. Disrespect customers and very rudely said "well these colours you chose will be too light for you but if thats what you want". And not all people know what neutral or warm or cool tones are like. as i said the previous colour that i was recommended was too yellow and dark, she looked at me so dumbly and said "yeahbecause it s neutral."
  
  Dont want to go in there again. It was this old lady with glasses. Please if you get to see my post, have some respect to others and enjoy your job because i dont think you dont want to help anyone.

  Worst service ever. Sure happy to take ur money wen you buy $80 thermometer. But shud u need assistance you might die waiting. 3rd time I have been ignored looking around make up area. Useless! So cross . Never again
