  Great camping ground. Other campers around especially in summer great views. Toilet, shower and other facilities. Have a sailing club open during particular months

  Neat little campsite on the shores of lake Mahinapua. Large flat grassy area in which you pick your campsite. Good facilities - toilets, sink for the dishes and showers (which I did not use). Like anywhere on the west coast be prepared for sandflies and also mosquitoes.

  Very expensive in peak periods. Has running water and area to cook/clean (nothing is supplied). Has public toliets etc. Awesome location.

  Lots of sand flies. The night we stayed, a few drunk local kids decided to cause trouble and got in a fight with some motorcycle campers. We left to avoid it
