  Excellent bike selection (I rented a Surly Straggler which was pretty much exactly the bike I was looking for to ride around the city/trails) and super friendly staff. If you rent 4 days, you get the 5th free! I think I'm going to go back to them when my Straggler rental is up and rent a fat bike for a couple days

  Stopped by back in February. The guy at the counter was really helpful and pointed out awesome routes for me to try. He catered the bike rental to the route I wanted and in the end, I had a blast. Excellent service, unbeatable price, priceless ride.

  Top notch bike hire experience. Hired a Marin rigid MTB (like a flat bar road bike with with fatter slick tyres) with disc brakes for a few days. Bike was perfect for taking around the queentown trails - much quicker and lighter than a hardtail front suspension bike. Bike was tuned up nicely and clearly well-serviced. I was able to ride most of the trails and never really needed suspension, but the lighter weight was welcome on climbs and smoother flat bits.
  Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and knew their bike culture stuff as well as good advice on the local trails. It's a smaller shop than the big commercial operators but worth it. Options to hire by hour or half-day or multi-day which worked really well for me.

  Ben at Kiwisports in Queenstown was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and just all all round good guy to deal with. We hired there amazing electric bikes for the day at a very reasonable price. Great experience!

  Arrived late into Queenstown and needed to get a training ride in before end of day and track pump was playing up. Kiwi Sports Queenstown were happy to lend us a track pump. Thanks for helping Katherine Hosking, Australian Cross Country Mountain Bike National Champion, who is preparing for the Oceania Championships this coming weekend. Very friendly and outgoing staff. If looking for a rental bike while in Queenstown drop in as I am confident that they will give you amazing service. Thanks again

  A group of us hired bikes from Kiwi Sports Queenstown on the weekend and went for an awesome cycle along the Arrow river towards Gibbston Valley. It was an absolutely beautiful trail and the bikes were perfect for the ride. Very friendly staff and good price. Highly recommend Kiwi Sports
