OMG like a kiwi fruit theme park! Even has its own ride. We learned more than we ever knew we needed to under the Kiwi vines. Picked and ate fresh mandarins. And had a decent coffee too.

Nice tour about kiwi fruit farming. Good for children and enthusiasts. Easy access. Knowledgeable staff guides.

The orchard tour of the kiwis was informative. Never knew there were 2 colors of kiwi fruit. Got to taste both colors and decided the gold was sweeter. The tour guide kept mentioning a free taste of kiwi ice cream, so I decided to try it. Had to search all over to find out where it was, and then waited 4 minutes after a girl took my order. She came back with a spoon and about 1/4 teaspoon ice cream. What a laugh! You'd have thought it was liquid gold.

You can taste test a lot of samples. The tour gives you a lot of info and the gardens here are calm and relaxing. I had the fish and chips here and they were really good.
