Kiaido Ryu Martial arts is an international recognised system focusing on self defense, self mastery and fitness.

Our syllabus includes Standup, Takedowns, Wrestling, Grappling/Groundfighting/BJJ, Weapons and pressure points.

We have a Junior class which ranges from ages 5-12 from 6.00-7.00 and a senior class for everyone else from 7.00.8.30.

The Head instructor is a 3rd dan Black Belt and has been training in the Martial arts for over 13 years. He has recently returned from the UK where he spent 7 months training full time with one of the top MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) instructors in the country.
