Couldn't have been more informative or helpful with parts when I was over for a visit in January to February. I couldn't pick up the deck fittings/hardware that I needed anywhere around the South Island while I was touring. The Manager took the fittings off a new kayak in store because I was running out of time to have a pleasant paddle round the Motueka - Nelson area and it would take too long to get in. My kayaks weren't bought from him, but I'll certainly be buying my upgrade from him when next we return to our Motueka Base. Superb genuine service!
