Just tried to get my son an appointment and was told they are fully booked for next two days. Got told to go to A&E in Papakura (no phone number provided), then the receptionist basically hung up on me. VERY disappointed!

Long waiting time, staff mark up appointment time, unprofessional service. What is the use of booking appointment when you have to wait 55 minutes especially when it's not a free service. Zero rating
