  Had the unfortunate experience of a breakdown with our newly purchased Mercedes Sprinter Motorhome. Luckily it happened not far from these wonderful people. The service was second to none. They helped my elderly parents to try and find accomodation, and even a kennel for our dog who was travelling with us. We managed to get hold of some relatives who live in Ohope to stay there for the 4 days it was going to take to fix the major breakdown we had. As soon as they found out where we were staying they produced bottles of water and sweets to see us through the hour long trip. Paul Oliver you and your team are amazing!!! Thank you for all your help.

  We have been dealing with Ingham Sears Mount Maunganui for almost 10 years now.
  This would be one of the most professional companies we have ever dealt with.
  
  The staff at Ingham Sears especially their service department managed by Paul Oliver are an exceptional team of technicians with nothing a problem approach, tremendous product knowledge, great follow up service and an in depth explanation of work done during service.
  
  In this day and age it is rare to have 100% confidence that all will be done correctly and efficiently and completed at a fair cost to the customer.
