I used HPPI for a building inspection of a new build, my first home. They were very quick, lovely to deal with, responsive, thorough, and they were forgiving of any faults on our end such as an issue with site access. I also found the resulting report very easy to understand, and their process throughout was entirely transparent. 10/10 would recommend!

We recently engaged HPPI Ltd. for a builders' report on a house, which we have since gone on to purchase. The communication and customer support was fast, friendly, and very clear.
The inspection was arranged quickly - as we exited lockdown no less - which is a real testament to the team. The entire process was unbelievably easy from start to finish.
The contents of the inspection report is also incredibly thorough and professional, while also easy to understand for a layman like myself.
