I recently spent the best part of a week in this amazing Hotel. From the very moment I booked this Hotel for myself and a colleague, the Manager Vicki engaged with us to ensure our business trip would be a comfortable one.
Every single staff member excelled as outstanding communicators, the restaurant was 6 star in food quality and wine options.
My one bedroom suite was incredibly comfortable considering this was my home away from home for nearly a week.

My young Family and I have had a wonderful experience staying here. Andrew and his team took great care in making us feel welcome and so SO comfortable. Will definitely be coming back.

Amazing restaurant, came here twice and the quality was top notch both times. The wide range of tapas is amazing. I especially enjoyed the croquettes. Also the Picada platter was very nice. The Hereford was smooth as silk and the food was served hot, which is unfortunately an exception in most restaurants in Christchurch. For the desert we had the churros which happened to be amazing as well. Very friendly staff. Will definitely come again

We stayed here for 3 nights for our wedding in March and could not fault them at all. We had a wonderful experience.
The staff went out of their way to help us with all our requests and always with a friendly smile.
The room we had was beautiful and the breakfast in the morning is one of the best I have had in a hotel.
