Came here because the Lonely Planet guide suggested it as a great dinner spot - never have I been so impressed with a restaurant. The food was incredible, the service was spot on, and the bartenders were brilliant - even whipping up a few off-menu cocktails for me at my request. Wish I could rate you higher - you deserve it!

Excellent food top marks for that! Found one staff to be rude tho! Would only talk to my partner. Also a bit of a squeeze like a arms reach to the next table. Buuut food was amazing!

Amazing food. The textures and food pairings were sublime, each item was cooked to perfection and the serving sizes spot on. Service on the other hand was terrible along with dirty plates and a wine glass covered in a miscellaneous substance. I let the maitre'd know but they just changed the subject and didn't seem to take the feedback onboard.

Very good food. "French" at a high level. Staff very observant and working with a high and positive energy level, always smiling. Best in NZ so far. Had the carpaccio and the duck. Highly recommended.

Excellent, the best in Nelson. Last time I had the duck, mouthwateringly delicious. The one place where the deserts are a beautiful compliment to the meal. Money well spent on fine dining.
