  Superior customer service. Realistic expectations with consultation on what is important to you. Ask for James Maher he's not just a flashy salesman with $$ for eyes. He's down to earth, actively listens, won't give you the lowest specs just to make the most profit out of your budget and he genuinely knows what he's talking about with every aspect of the build. Recommended to us from more than one person. We are so happy to be building with them. Photos to come!

  Don't know what 'Totara Lodge' is saying because it is so not true! Homes By Parklane is a very great business, good service, reply back to phone calls and emails fast, they build good quality buildings and they do fix their mistakes in a timely manner if mistakes are made. In general a really lovely business to go through.
