Overall facilities are fantastic with very polite and helpful staff. Although I do feel like after paying so much for these facilities, they would at least be "free" ($1) for a 6 minute shower. Also, while we were there it seems like a school trip was also staying. Which is fine except for the fact that the kids were overly loud and playing all over the camp site with no supervision until after 8pm at night, which on a nice night when you'd like to sit outside and relax, definitely ruined our evening in Hastings. Especially as we where parked right next to the playground. Lovely campsite over all but some warning about a school trip of over 30+ kids would have been nice.

Great staff and very helpful chalet with balcony was beautiful heaps of green lots of shade good play ground for the little ines and the heated pool i loved it thanks guys

Nice central location. Room was tidy enough. Bit of a shame that we had to pay for showers even though we were paying $75 a night for the room

Great place to take the family! Right next to Splash Planet & the facilities at the park are fantastic! Great pool, playground, BBQ area & fire pit to roast marshmallows!

Even though my backpack was stolen in this campsite it is actual a very good Top 10. The staff was very nice and the facilities are clean and the kitchen is tidy. And the pool was very nice on a hot day.

One of the best holiday parks in New Zealand. There are a plenty of space for camping. You can count with a good toilets, a nice kitchen, laundry, spa and a amazing swimming pool. Internet is paid. No water point and no grey water make my review 4 stars.

Was so awesome to stay here and the staff were so friendly & helpful I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this camp ground & no wonder why they are 1 of the top 10 camp grounds. My partner & son & I were only planing on staying one night but it was so nice we decided to stay a couple of nights instead.
