By far the best experience my wife and I have had at a tattoo studio.
Very big on cleanliness and hygiene. Excellent value for money.
Connor took the time to "LISTEN" to what we wanted. Put in the effort to refine our designs no matter how many times we tweaked them, and provided follow up touch up work that was required at no additional cost.
Their location is convenient and as well as their operating hours.
Thank you Connor & Stace for an excellent experience and superior customer service.

Fantastic Tattoo Studio. Stacy is a wealth of knowledge and is so awesome putting your ideas into an amazing tattoo. Stace has done over 20 of my tattoos, wouldn't go anywhere else.

It's like a little nub of coal with a diamond inside, hidden away in the I mount industrial. Most welcome I've ever felt walking into a tattoo parlor, the staff so helpful with design concepts and the finished tattoos for my sister and I were flawless. Thank you so much Stace and Gabriel, you are both amazing😁😁

On March 31st I went in to get my tattoo shaded, explaining in detail along with a reference picture on how I wanted the shading technique to be like. Disappointingly left 8 ½ hours later for the piece to not only be completely different to what I wanted, but less than half done aswell, when I had been told via message, that it would take 5 hours maximum. I could have easily been told in person when the tattoo was first shown, that it would take more than a day sitting. I had the offer to go back another day to get it finished off for no charge, even though I was unsatisfied with the product. I took the offer, as if I was to go elsewhere, another shading technique would have been used for the unfinished half. I left with paying for the full charge of the tattoo, instead of the half that had been done, as I had been given that offer. I messaged in regards to a day I could come in, to receive messages negatively denying the offer. VERY unhappy. After messaging for a while, I finally went in yesterday, a month and a half later, to have it completed. Still honestly, not happy with the end result.
I was also mucked around both times, from appointment time changes while I was outside the shop waiting at my appointment time to receive messages saying to wait another hour (first appointment) and half hour (yesterday) with a very rude reply after I had messaged, having in mind I have traveled over an hour away and taken time off of work specially. Its very unprofessional to change appointment times (especially for work), and give less than an hours notice when the customer is already there waiting and have traveled and given time.
Not the best attitude, nor a very talkative/conversational tattoo artist.
