Disappointed, poor customer service (no one acknowledged my presence), prices inconsistent and way too high for what's on offer, didn't entice me to return.

Habitat has one of the best models for helping others by helping families get into homes. They have a huge selection of goods and the layout is tidy and attractive, but it is overpriced for a second-hand shop. People that shop there probably don't have a lot of money in the first place, and prices should reflect that.
