I will never shop at cosmetics. I have to go kids uniform section though. staff in cosmetics is rude. I bought lancome face wash fir $80 and a minute later I literally turned back realizing I don't need it anymore. The sales lady refused to refund. How fair is that and I was stuck with a voucher with the expiry in a year. I did ended up spending it in kid's section but not a good service. Beware before you purchase anything from there. Think carefully do you really need it. And ya things are really really over priced. You possibly can by way cheaper stuff outside, just saying.

Awesome, lovely friendly staff, so happy with services and food for value is great. Did the pork roast of the day, and granddaughter did kiddies fries with fish fingers. all gone

We come here to eat in the up stairs cafe. They serve the usual cafe food. There are always families with children in this place. The furniture and home ware department has very nice merchandise. I bought a few pieces there. The person in charge was very helpful. When they have a sale is it really a sale. I come to this shop every time I am in Invercargill.
