  26Oct16 Going for many years under the Gull Brand this service station is usually staffed by attentive young Indian men and women Always well stocked with bread, milk, general groceries and vertical cooler cabinets full of sodas and cold drinks. I don't recommend the hot food cabinets; they too often contain food which has been sitting on display for hours and hours .. not fresh.
  
  You can't use your AA card here to get 6 cents per liter discount off fuel. But you can use fuel discount vouchers from Countdown supermarkets. And these voucher discounts apply for purchases up to 100 liters. By comparison the AA card discount applies for purchases up to 50 liters which might be ranked as puny by some motorists.
  
  Further along the road on Ormiston Road is a Caltex or Z service station. It usually sells petrol and diesel at much higher prices than this Gull station. And maybe that's why that Caltex or Z station usually has fewer customers?
