Gubb Design provided a development plan for one of my Pukekhohe investment properties that quadrupled its current rental income. Their knowledge, insight, experience and down to earth advise is outstanding.

Terrible service. Took 5 weeks from first meeting to get an indicative price to make changes to plans that they already have. Had to chase up and got no reply until I emailed someone else at the business.
Initial quote was 40-60% HIGHER than all other places we approached and that included redrawing plans which Gubb already have. When I queried the price they couldn't even be bothered replying.
Have heard lots of similar reviews within the community about the lack of communication and constant need to chase.response / report this review -

Darren and his team at Gubb Design are true professionals that know how to actually get stuff done, especially when it comes to navigating through red tape and consents. Don't risk doing this yourself, use Gubb Design
