Poor business practice all round. An agreement was made to host our website until a new website was made. No written contract was made. Grow Digital claim that a comment on their invoice referring to seeing terms and conditions make the invoice a legally binding contract. Requesting 2 months notice without a contract is unreasonable. We never agreed to such terms. Holding our UDAI as ransom until a payment is far from professional business practice - in fact our advice is that it is illegal. Many requests to call me back were made. Refusing to call me directly on the phone shows a real lack of customer service. Although Grow has some great reviews, I wonder whether that is because of their own marketing as opposed to their actual service. What a truly terrible experience in dealing with Jamie from Grow Digital. I hope everyone seriously considers my experience before doing any business with this company.

Great Company with knowledgable staff. We switched it to Grow Digital Marketing last year and found them really good to deal with. Very professional and always happy to sort out if any issues relating to the website or e-commerce. Thumps up!
