If I could give this company negative zero stars I would. Rang them over one of their Grab One Deals and was given a price to upgrade which was fine, so bought the voucher. After emailing the company to book, it became one of the most frustrating experiences I have had to the point they became very rude accusing me of trying to deceive them!
I have never dealt with such a bad company before and if they continue to treat potential customers like this, they wont be in business much longer. Good luck if you wish to ignore my advice. I would suggest you book your own travel through Tranz Rail and book your own accommodation.
