  It’s been a great experience after associating with global finance, Henderson as my mortgage broker with the tactful skills of Ravi & Abhey.
  
  Ravi’s accounting expertise helped me to bring my mortgage down as well as the time frame from 30 years to 17 years so quickly. He makes us easy to understand the balance sheet and structure our loan such a way that we can achieve the goal.
  
  I would recommend global finance Henderson as a mortgage broker and to get rid of the burdens out of ur head regarding your home loans.

  I was looking to buy an apartment in West Auckland and emailed Global Finance asking for assistance/recommendations for a mortgage plan. I got a call from one of the staff at the Henderson branch, give him some financial details and after putting me on hold for a few minutes he came back to say that "with a single income, it just isn't possible".
  
  I knew I could afford the mortgage amount I needed though, so I asked around and was recommended Loan Market. Not only did their broker (Tracey Warner) meet with me in person and take the time to learn my financials in detail, she explained to me how banks assess affordability and gave me recommendations on how to look better on paper. After we agreed on those details, she did her thing and I'm now pre-approved with my bank and ready for settlement.
  So Global Finance gets one star from me (zero isn't an option) because they couldn't be bothered, and my recommendation to others is to go with a broker from Loan Market.

  I would like to rate my experience at Global Finance 5/5. I dealt with Abhey and he was fantastic. He was very calm and listened carefully. He had answers ready for all my questions. I would highly recommend him to all new home buyers.
