worst dining experience of my life.
I got food thrown over me by the chef twice with no apology or refund until my boyfriend spoke to the manger.
Everyone at the table was disappointed with this chefs lack of 'skills' or perhaps sight.
Even without this happening there was absolutely no atmosphere when we walked through the door & the food is poor quality & tasted rubbish.
Wellington is full of great restaurants unless you like your food in your lap don't go here.

My First ever Teppanyaki experience, just watching the chef work was mesmerizing! Dined here with my gf and her family we all had an absolute blast! Food was beautiful especially the butter fish and steak!

Me and my family absolutely love this place! The food is not only amazing, but the entertainment is great! I highly recommend this place. I have been to this place a few times already and each time is just a great experience. The staff are welcoming and the chef takes care of each of the people they are serving, making sure they are all enjoying themselves.

Dinner and a show. Tasty food and lots of excitement with flames and flying food. Outstanding

Do not go to this place. They price themselves like a 5 star restraunt and all you get is $2 worth of meat for $30 have to buy rice separately and that comes in a tiny cup. Food quality was below average. Felt absolutely ripped off. Staff were okay and friendly enough

It's really neat that Teppanyaki is available to us in Wellington! The skill level, and confidence of your Chef will dramatically influence the quality of your experience. There is a reasonable Sake selection.

Food is average. We booked for 6.30pm and were asked if we could come at 7.30. We were fine with that but had to wait for a table even after we arriving at 7.30. What was very disappointing was that the girl at the reception seemed extremely confused. I asked her what was included in the voucher and she showed me the menu for the barbecue, I confirmed with her if we can order apart from the set a and b menu. In spite of asking 3 times we didn't receive our drinks, finally ended up cancelling it. Later while checking out she tells me I have to pay over the voucher that we had already bought and I had not bought anything extra. I asked her for her name but I guess she was still confused so she asked the manager something in Japanese (which seems pretty rude to do in front of a non-Japanese speaking person) and said her name was Silvia. Frankly, the experience was crappy due to poor management. The manager seemed genuine as the poor guy was running around a lot. Good luck to them, they need someone better at the reception.

    Good food and fun atmosphere.
Everything is cooked in from of you, with little games to keep you involved.
    Really good for groups.
