I have been to many different hair dressers over the years and have always left a little bit disappointed, I would put my hat on straight after I got out the doors. After having my hair done with Jules I was so stolked, she took her time and never rushed the cut, and listened to exactly how I wanted it done. I will never get my hair cut anywhere else now.

Julz really took the time to sit and actually listen to my concerns about my hair. I had a consultation firstly which was not rushed, and every kind of technique that was going to be used was explained and justified fully, I felt nothing but confidence, before she even started cutting. The price was quoted so there was no hidden surprises!! The shampoo was accompanied by an Awesome relaxing head massage that left me feeling so pampered. The foiling process was very efficient and accompanied by a gorgeous mocha while I waited the developing time. Once my hair was coloured, cut and dried off, there was a process called "personalisation" where Julz did a bit more shaping work specific to my face shape. I was given a sample of hair shampoo to try as my complaint has always been oily roots, Julz made some suggestions but at no time did i feel like i was obligated to make any further purchases, like i have done in other salons before!. As I was coming to the end of my wicked hairdressing experience another lady popped in and expressed her deepest gratitude for also having had a wonderful experience. Ive recommended Julz to all my friends and i am taking my 67 year old mother to get her haircut with Julz too! Its an experience that will leave you feeling a million bucks!! I highly recommend Forever Hair and Beauty, Julz puts all her heart into ensuring not only a fantastic cut but an amazing experience!
