Awesome staff, awesome food, awesome coffee. This coffee is the best around the University Campus bar none. The staff are down to earth and really friendly and the food is always tasty. I couldn't recommend Fluid Espresso anymore.

I attend this place regularly - food and coffee are amazing (Would have earned 5 stars if it weren't for the customer service issue). For the most part the service is pretty good but on my most recent visit I was served (or not served as the case may be) by a young girl who for want of a better description, seemed like she'd rather be somewhere else, like in front of a mirror, while she spun around, or admired her little torso, or having a manicure while she vacantly picked at her cuticles. It was with much horror that I endured being served by her. Firstly she couldn't be bothered, when she finished stretching herself behind the counter (in a very seductive fashion I might add), not sure who she was performing for, it certainly wasn't me, I transgress, she came to the counter to take my order. She did not engage in any way what so ever, other than to tell me how much I owed. No smile, no acknowledgement, zilch. No thank you or have a nice day when she took my money. For all intents and purposes she may as well have been brain dead, she certainly acted that way. I noticed she did the same to the next customer. Sadly while the girl was twirling behind the counter (please do not doubt me on this), the fact I had ordered food must have escaped her brain, my coffee was ready and instead of getting the food, she continued to stretch and twirl (like I wasn't there). Finally it was the guy who makes the coffee who had to get my food, while the brainless bimbo lived out her weird fantasies of mirrors and manicures in front of me. It seemed to me that the coffee guy is used to doing this for her as he didn't blink an eyelid, of course maybe he likes having the bimbo around to watch when business is slow. I just wonder how someone like that manages to keep a job, no customer service skills, no personality that I could measure, she really did not add anything to the 'team' in the place, other than, dare I say it, a bit of eye candy for them to watch when they are not too busy doing her job for her.
