I have 40 years experience in the flooring industry. I have installed and sold every flooring available in New Zealand. To date I have not found a flooring that is more suited to the New Zealand life style than QuickStep. The flooring is not bullet proof or idiot proof but it is Stylish, strong, durable and easily maintained. QuickStep are the only flooring company that carry everything you need to care for and repair your floor if you need to. Abuse of the floor is not warrantied but the warranties they have are the best of all flooring manufacturers I have worked with.

Very disappointing service and product recommendation. The Quik Step product sold to us scratches easily and shows every mark. A year after installation still look at it everyday with regret.
