  As backpackers go it is quite good and clean. Helpful reception. Kitchen is clean big and has most appliances though I haven't used many. The beds comfortable with gud blankets and heater in room. Laundry. Fireplace And free bikes are there with terms and conditions. Free Wi-Fi is gud. 1gb/day is good enough.
  All in all a nice place to stay. Very near ferry terminal and stores. I site centre is just down the lane.

  best place! everything was clean, the bed super comfy, well equipped kitchen, you can get soup for dinner and fresh bred for breaky, hot showers and they help you booking everything you want. It's easygoing and you feel that they have a good spirit of hospitality!

  Hello.
  1 star for this hostel because the staff was uninterested, we had to wear a wristband to show that we had paid! They ask $20 for a key deposit. After 10.30 pm it had to be quiet, but the other guests were very noisy (talk/laugh hard). The rooms have very thin walls and you can hear everything! Not a good place to stay of you want a good nights rest.

  I don't quiet understand how this place has such a high rating on hostelworld. Uncomfortable beds with old sheets, showers that have a button outside to enable 8 mins of hot water (in a very small cubicle), the entire place is dated and needs a clean up. I overheard one of the female managers being most unhelpful to someone checking out who was after directions. Honestly would have taken just a minute for you to google it for them.

  Good place to stay. Beds are quite comfy, friendly staff and free wifi (1 gigabyte for 1 night, not sure if you get more if you stay more nights). Easily accessible from the ferry load off as well!

  The staff really friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is really warm, and the facilities quiet good aswell. The only problem I see is that the toilets and showers Are not good enough, but it isn't a big problem for me, so I strongly recommend it
