Ok but staff need more training and the younger staff think the power has gone to their heads. If there is anyone disrupting the movie they do nothing about it.

Good cinema. Everything is as you would expect. A nice option to bypass the long queue is to purchase tickets online.

I am events VIP member but now I hate to go back here. Seats are small and worn out. It's better to watch camrip print movies at home than to go to Events New Plymouth.

Nice cinema. Normal prices pretty much like everywhere else. Friendly enough service although it was incredibly slow when I went.

We came in for the first time this year yesterday as we had a little time to ourselves and wanted to use a gift card that was given to us by a friend.
The cue wasn't super long but they had 1 person serving (and she had a couple of large food orders to do) and 1 lady on the end of the counter talking and lounging back so I can only presume it was to a friend as it would seem inappropriate if this was a patron, and 2 staff floating around in and out of the office not exactly doing much really (from my observations, they may have been set tasks I was unaware of)
Later after reading the white board again I could have queued in the other line as I had purchased tickets and food online. Although there seemed to be no one there to serve (may have been one of the floaters) but it took me a few times to register what the white board was telling me to do.
Maybe the entrance needs a little makeover.
Maybe clear your queues a little faster then go on to talking to your friends and fluffing. It's not a good look to have staff meandering around with patrons waiting.
The seats are a little dated and seem screws are missing in the arm rests, stained seats and just a general dirty feel (alright for most bit I'm a particular fellow). I would happily pay a premium price if you upgraded the facility's a little more.
Bonus was we had the pick of the place as almost no one else in the cinema so found a little spot we liked.

Took 7 kids in to watch Moana, very little waiting, nice staff, clean. Personally I liked the old school seats.
