I had a horrible experience at this store, and will never go here again. If you want Lacoste or Ben Sherman etc go to their stores in the city, don't waste your time here. There is a man of 50ish, European, who was very rude to me from the start. He was condescending from the start when I asked him if they had any peacoats, to which he first denied and then said that there are none that would fit me. This is rather un welcoming for any customer. He is obviously prejudicial on age as I am a late teen and apparently not fitting in such a store. After telling him that he has treated me rudely he told me that I have no right to say that and shouted at me to get out of the store. Belittling and pathetic. Never go here.

Fantastic selection of high quality clothes and shoes. Always my first choice . The service is very friendly and welcoming and they never seem to forget a face which makes you feel special each time you walk into the store. Would highly recommend.

I could not be happier with our experience at this store. The service was top notch and the product is exceptional. It helps if you actually work with one of the sale assistants as they really know their product knowledge and what would suit for each person. I found the staff friendly, ready to please and extremely attentive. They listen to what exactly we are looking for each time we go to the shop.

Amazing products and amazing service! I would recommend to any wife with a hard to please husband.

I was surprised that they had my all time favourite shoe brand from Germany Llyod and had a great French assistant to help me try on a pair of size 43 Lloyd's. She even gave me some socks and a massive silver shoe horn.

Being from Melbourne I immediately liked the fact that they had this brand but the store did have a crowded feel with all the stock placed on the floor. It also seems like I am the exception with this review but nonetheless they do have a good selection of high end gear if they don't have the staff to match. Not a bad experience Auckland. Love Melbourne.

We too have been in this shop, and also had the rudest shopping experience ever today was second time we went (as thought the first time must have been just someone having a bad day) and it was even worse than before. Hard to imagine how this guy stays in business. We were planning on calling the manager to complain on Monday, but it seems like this guy IS the manager Review should have a further quality grading of "Complete Rubbish" for which this definitely qualifies.
